Substance - The Infiltrator

Substance has unleashed pure chaos with his new single “The Infiltrator,” the lead track from his sinister new EP Demons alongside Kowta, out now via Deep, Dark & Dangerous. Clocking in at 140 bpm, this deep dubstep cut is gnarly, murky, and downright evil—engineered to infiltrate raves with bone-crushing bass pressure and devilish sound design.

Hailing from Sherbrooke, QC, Substance has been a driving force in the Canadian bass scene since his DirtyCake days in 2012, where he booked legends like Truth, Goth Trad, and Hatcha. A decade later, his own productions have landed on heavyweight imprints including Sentry Records, Wheel & Deal, and Boogie T’s Drama Club, with upcoming releases on J:Kenzo’s Artikal Records.

Beyond the studio, Substance co-hosts Gunfingaz Thursday with Wraz, a Twitch staple for emerging dubstep talent. With past sets at Shambhala, Bass Coast, and Lightning in a Bottle, Substance is proving once again why he’s one of bass music’s most essential names. Stream this filth down below.
